Homeless Prevention Project

The Tacoma Ministerial Alliance, in partnership with the Washington Youth & Families, have implemented a comprehensive and supportive system of services for African American families at risk of becoming homeless. We have a quality, supportive staff that will work with you and your family on a continuous basis to help identify your needs and access appropriate services.

Power Up Pierce 98404

The Tacoma Ministerial Alliance is working with WorkForce Central and its community partners to connect the East Side with tools to gain financial security. Working together, residents will be connected to all the services they need to reduce debt, grow credit, and build skills to be successful at work:

Homeless Intervention Program

The Tacoma Ministerial Alliance and Catholic Community Services are working together to provide homeless intervention services to African American families within the Greater Pierce County Area with statistics show African Americans make up approximately 10% of the County's population, but make up over 30% of the homeless population.
