Community Programs and Partnerships

The Tacoma Ministerial Alliance and Catholic Community Services are working together to provide homeless intervention services to African American families within the Greater Pierce County Area with statistics show African Americans make up approximately 10% of the County's population, but make up over 30% of the homeless population.

The Tacoma Ministerial Alliance, in partnership with the Washington Youth & Families, have implemented a comprehensive and supportive system of services for African American families at risk of becoming homeless. We have a quality, supportive staff that will work with you and your family on a continuous basis to help identify your needs and access appropriate services.
